Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning
TJ Greenstone was named Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning in August 2016 after spending two years as the assistant coordinator for the program.
Greenstone is in charge of program design and implementation for Football and Track & Field. He also oversees the training of all 15 of TSU’s athletic programs.
Greenstone came to TSU after working at The Georgia Institute of Technology where he assisted with Football and various Olympic sports. Prior to his time at Georgia Tech, Greenstone served as a Volunteer Assistant Strength Coach at The University of Evansville where he headed up training for Softball, Women’s Tennis and Diving. He also assisted with 10 of their 14 varsity sports.
Greenstone previously served an academic internship as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at TSU in the spring of 2011.
A native of Lawrenceville, Ga., Greenstone played football at Vanderbilt University, graduating with a degree in Human & Organizational Development with a concentration in Health & Human Services in 2011. He is certified under the CSCCa, NSCA, CPR/AED, and is a National Level Coach through the USA-W. He lives in Nashville with his wife Jennifer.
