Director of Operations
Jamar Ritch was announced as the Director of Football Operations and Video Coordinator in the fall of 2016. Ritch came to Tennessee State in 2014 as a quality control member assisting with recruiting, player personal, operations and video.
Prior to TSU, Ritch served as a defensive line coach in 2013 at Morningside High School in Inglewood, Calif., where he got his start in 2009. He also spent the 2011 season as the Director of Football Operation, Recruiting Coordinator and defensive line coach at Whittier College.
In 2010, Ritch was a player personnel assistant for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League. During his time he was a part of the AFL West Conference and AFL National Conference Championships and an appearance in the 2010 AFL Arena Bowl Championship game.
Ritch earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and a Minor Degree in Sports Marketing and Advertising from California State University, Fresno in 2009. He was a member of the Fresno State football team 2004-2009 coached by Pat Hill. During his time at Fresno State, Ritch helped as a Marketing Assistant for Football.
Ritch earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix 2013.
