CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tennessee State women’s cross country team finished seventh at the Austin Peay Cross Country Festival on Saturday morning. Freshman Rebekah Wynn paced the Tigerbelles with an 18th place finish in the 5K.

Wynn’s 19:58.3 time was the best in her young TSU career. Kayla and Christian Pryor were TSU’s next two finishers in 20:35.1 and 20:59.3, respectively.

In the team competition, Memphis won the event with 27 points. TSU finished with 147 points for seventh.
