ABOUT THE TIGERS
Tennessee State enters Monday's contest looking to build momentum early in the spring slate. The Tigers have competed against a challenging nonconference schedule to open the season, gaining valuable experience in both singles and doubles play.
TSU most recently faced Missouri on Feb. 22 and continues its road swing with Monday's matchup in Bowling Green. The Tigers aim to secure their first win of the spring campaign as Ohio Valley Conference play approaches.
Under the direction of second-year Director of Tennis John Trondson, Tennessee State continues to focus on growth and development across the lineup. The Tigers have emphasized competitive doubles play and strong court positioning in singles as they prepare for conference competition.
SERIES INFORMATION
WKU leads the all-time series, with last season's meeting coming in Bowling Green. The Tigers look to shift the momentum in the series when they take the court Monday afternoon.
UP NEXT
Tennessee State will continue its spring schedule next weekend as conference play draws nearer, with match details to be announced.
