CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Tennessee State men's tennis team battled back after dropping the early singles momentum to secure a thrilling 4-3 victory over IU Indy in the Horizon League Men's Tennis Championship quarterfinals Friday morning at the Lindner Family Tennis Center.

With the win, the No. 2 seed Tigers advance to Saturday's semifinal round following a dramatic performance that featured a doubles sweep and three crucial singles victories.

Tennessee State opened the match by claiming the doubles point, setting the tone early in postseason play.
