As a Freshman, 2015-16 season: Competed in two indoor meets and four outdoor meets as a freshman thrower for TSU… Earned fourth in the weight throw at the Middle Tennessee Invitational in collegiate debut… Placed ninth in the weight throw at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championship with a season-best distance of 15.56m (51’0.75”)… Took seventh in the javelin (37.42m – 122’9”) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational… Secured ninth in the discus at the OVC Outdoor Championship (44.50m -146’).
Memphis Central HS: Member of the track and field team, as well as the football team... Named Commercial Appeal Best of Preps... TSSAA State Championships fourth place for the discus... Earned 16-AAA Sectionals second place in the shot put and third place in the discus... On the football field, Autozone Liberty Bowl All-Star Game starter... All-District 16-AAA First Team.
