Digital Ticketing Guide

Digital Ticketing Guide

All tickets and parking for TSU Athletics events will be digital and can be accessed through a mobile device to improve security, reduce the risk of ticket fraud and offer added convenience. One of the reasons for converting to digital/mobile tickets is to provide synergy at Nissan Stadium as digital tickets have been used at the point of entry since 2018.

Tickets can be managed directly through the TSU Tigers Account Manager Using the TSU Tigers Account Manager, fans can:
  • View tickets or parking on a mobile device
  • Transfer  tickets or parking to friends and family
  • Update account information
The easiest way to manage tickets or parking is through the TSU Tigers app! Download the app now on the App Store and Google Play.

Fans should add tickets and parking to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet accounts before leaving home to avoid any WiFi connectivity on or near campus. Ensure that the mobile device is charged, and turn the screen brightness to its highest level prior to scanning at the gate or parking lot.

For fans who do not know their password or are logging into the TSU Tigers Account Manager for the first time, click on "Forgot Password?"
Have questions? Feel free to call (M-F, 9:00a.m. - 4:30 p.m.CT) or email TSUTIX@TNSTATE.EDU.

Digital Parking Pass Info:
Now that you are versed in digital ticketing – good news – digital parking is the same process.
As a reminder, the easiest way to manage to park is through the Official TSU Tigers Athletics app! Download the app now on the App Store and Google Play.
A mobile device will also operate as a parking pass on game day! Fans should add parking to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before leaving home to avoid relying on WiFi connectivity on campus. Ensure that the mobile device has a good charge and turn the brightness to the highest level prior to scanning at the gate.
Below are helpful screenshots to view a digital parking pass. TSU Tigers Athletics encourages fans to have the digital parking pass readily available to scan at the entrance of the designated lot for ease of entry and traffic flow.
