Four-year athlete for head coach Kevin Locastro... Helped lead the Lynx to four-straight winning seasons and three-consecutive Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Assocation (TSSAA) Division II Class A state playoffs... LCS put together back-to-back undefeated seasons in 2016 (14-0 record) and 2017 (13-0) on its way to state titles... Played both sides of the ball throughout his career... On the defensive side, career numbers included: 233 total tackles, 12 PBU, 6.5 sacks, six fumble recoveries (104 return yards) and five interceptions (164 return yards)... On offense, career statistics included: 972 total yards (807 rush/84 pass/81 receive) and 16 offensive TD... Had 20 career TD (13 rush/3 receive/2 fumble return/2 interception return)... Also passed for one TD... As a senior, recorded 78 total tackles, three sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery... Earned 2017 D2AA All-State honors from the Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) and Tennessee Football Coaches Association (TNFCA)... Named the 2017 D2AA All-Region Defensive Player of the Year… Following his senior season, selected to play in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl High School All-Star Game … As a junior, posted 53 total tackles, one sack, four interceptions (147 return yards) and seven PBU… Played at running back and had 151 rushing yards and three TD … Also an outstanding throws performer for the Lynx track and field program... Earned TSWA Division II All-State honors in the discus in 2017 and 2018... Won TSSAA Division II state titles in both the discus and shot put in 2018...
