Aaren Holmes graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013. She worked as a registered nurse in pediatric psychiatry and inpatient cardiology before going on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

While completing her studies, she worked as a registered nurse in orthopedics, primarily with a hand and upper extremity surgeon. Prior to joining TOA, she worked as a nurse practitioner in orthopedic spine surgery.
