Calen Johnson serves as the Director of Video and Equipment for Tennessee State University football, a role he has held since 2022. In this position, he oversees all video operations and equipment management for the program, ensuring coaches and student-athletes have the tools and resources needed for preparation, performance, and game day execution.

A former student-athlete, Johnson played football at TSU from 2019 to 2021, gaining firsthand experience within the program and building a strong understanding of team operations. His transition from player to staff member reflects his commitment to the Tigers and his ability to contribute behind the scenes.

Originally from Brownsville, Tennessee, Johnson earned his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University in 2024. His familiarity with the program, combined with his technical expertise and attention to detail, make him an integral part of TSU football’s day-to-day success.
