Eric Evans serves as the Director of Sponsorships and Ticket Sales with Taymar Sales U., the official sales partner of Tennessee State University Athletics. In his role, Evans leads corporate partnership development and revenue generation initiatives, collaborating with brands to create impactful marketing strategies and engagement opportunities that elevate the TSU Athletics profile.
A former student-athlete, Evans was a four-year letterman in men’s basketball, competing at Albion College and Cornerstone University. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Communications at Arizona State University before earning his Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University in 2021.
Evans brings a well-rounded background in athletics development, corporate partnerships, and fundraising, with experience spanning collegiate athletics and higher education. Known for his relationship-driven approach, he has built strong connections with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and support long-term success.
He currently resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee with his wife, Rachel, their daughter Isabella, and their dog, Halo.
