Tre Sharpe joined the Tennessee State University athletics department as an Assistant Equipment Manager, bringing experience across both SEC and Division I athletic programs in 2026.

In his role, Sharp assists with the daily operations of the equipment room, supporting multiple sports programs with equipment preparation, inventory management, and game day operations while ensuring student-athletes and coaching staffs are equipped for success.

Prior to Tennessee State, Sharp began his collegiate athletics career as a Football Equipment Graduate Assistant at Vanderbilt University. He later served as the Head Equipment Manager for Football and Softball at Georgetown University, where he oversaw all equipment operations for both programs for three years, including travel logistics, budgeting, purchasing, and practice and competition setup.

A Nashville native, Sharp earned his Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2019 before completing his Master’s degree at Belmont University in 2022.
