ST. LOUIS, MO --The Tennessee State offense put on a ball-movement clinic on the road Wednesday, notching 13 assists on 21 made shots, but the Tigers fell to the Saint Louis Billikens 80-63.
The Tigers (4-3) had three players score in double figures, led by Jr. Clay, who had 17 points and eight rebounds. Marcus Fitzgerald Jr. added 10 points and Zion Griffin helped out with 10 points.
The Tennessee State offense was strong from beyond the arc, knocking down eight threes on 28 attempts. Dedric Boyd hit two treys for the Tigers in the contest.
Tennessee State did a great job disrupting Saint Louis shots in the contest, coming away with six blocks. Zool Kueth led the way individually for the Tigers with three rejections.

Saint Louis responded and outscored the Tigers the rest of the way, ending the game with a final score of 80-63. Tennessee State shot well from three-point range in the half, hitting five shots from deep to score 15 of its 37 points.
