NASHVILLE – The Tennessee State men's tennis team wrapped up their regular season as they hosted Belmont on Saturday afternoon at Hadley Park. The Tigers dropped the crosstown Horizon League match 7-0 to finish the spring at 10-14 (6-4 Horizon).
Despite being down one of their better players, TSU was still able to keep it close as they won a doubles set, despite dropping the point.

Nil Moinet picked up a 6-4 win at line two but TSU lost at lines one and three to drop the point.
With an early 1-0 lead, the Bruins showed no signs of struggle as they rolled through the singles portion of play with ease.
Taj Hibbert was the only Tiger to go three sets as he lost 6-4, 4-6, 1-10 in the No. 3 position.
Nicholas Adamec put up a fight in the six spot, as he fell 2-6, 6-7.
Jonasz Dziopak fell 3-6, 4-6 at the No. 1 position.
TSU will not await their seeding position for the upcoming Horizon League Tournament that is set to begin next Friday in Ann Arbor, Mi.
