OPENING TIP: The Tennessee State men's basketball returns to the Gentry Center tomorrow afternoon for the first time in 2024 as they will host Lindenwood at 3:30 p.m. The Tigers and Lions will both be in search of their second wins.

SERIES INFORMATION: Saturday will mark the third-ever meeting between TSU and Lindenwood. The Lions are in their second season as a Division One opponent after spending 10 years as an NCAA DII member. The Tigers swept LWU 2-0 last season.

14: The number of blocks that
Jason Jitoboh has in OVC play after adding three more to his name against Morehead. The 6-11 transfer has been on a blocking spree in his first four games back from injury, recording 2+ in each. He has 28 on the year.
GOT LUMBER: E.J. Bellinger became the first TSU player to reach 100 rebounds this season after finishing with three against the Eagles last Saturday. The Belmont transfer leads the team with 5.9 boards per game.
Kinyon Hodges is just nine rebounds away from the milestone.
FIRST START: Justin Williams made his first start of the season against Morehead and made the most of it, logging season highs in points (14), rebounds (5), and in minutes (26). Williams's 14-point outing came two days after he scored 13 off the bench at Southern Indiana.
