OPENING TIP: The Tennessee State men's basketball team will look to keep its three-game Ohio Valley Conference win streak alive with a second straight trip to Illinois. The Tigers will take on EIU tomorrow afternoon in their only game of the week.

SERIES INFORMATION: Saturday will be the 62
nd matchup between TSU and EIU with the Tigers leading the all-time series 35-26. The Tigers have won the last three matchups after picking up a sweep last season.
WIU NOTES & NUMBERS:
1: The number of losses that WIU has in OVC play. TSU knocked off the league leader last week in the final second to give them their first OVC loss of the season.

Christian Brown has finished with 10+ points in. Brown finished with 11 points at WIU to keep the streak alive. He has scored 10+ points in 16 of the 17 games he has played in.
OLD STOMPING GROUNDS: Transfer guard
Kinyon Hodges will make his first trip back to EIU this weekend after playing one season for the Panthers a year ago. Hodges has played in all 20 games for TSU this season with 19 starts. He's fourth on the team with 10.4 ppg and led the Tigers with 13 points in the upset win over WIU.
LET THE BIG MAN EAT: Florida transfer
Jason Jitoboh has continued to impress since coming back from injury as he showcased his all-around game at WIU which featured a game-winning layup. Jitoboh logged 30 minutes of action and finished with 12 points and five boards. Saturday's contest marked his second 30+ minute game of the season after he played 34 minutes at Morehead. The big man is second in the OVC with 37 blocks to go along with his 9.4 ppg.
