NASHVILLE - The Tennessee State football team participated in the Big South-OVC Virtual Media Day last week, where fourth-year head coach Eddie George spoke to the media about the team's upcoming season.

Joining the virtual media day along with coach George were Tiger players Draylen Ellis, Ahmad Nelson, and Eriq George. Hear from coach George and the players below:

The Tigers were picked to finish fourth in the Big South-OVC Preseason Poll, while 12 different players were represented on the Player to Watch list. Click here for more information on players to watch and the preseason poll.

TSU will kick off its season in Nashville against Mississippi Valley on August 31 in the John Merritt Classic. The game will kick off at 5:00 p.m. CT and will be televised on ESPN+.
