Macander Dieudonne has been named Tennessee State's offensive line coach for the 2026 season, bringing a strong résumé of developing dominant fronts and productive run games at the FCS and Division II levels.

Dieudonne joins TSU after spending the 2025 season at North Carolina Central, where he served as offensive line coach and helped anchor one of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference's top offenses. Under his direction, NCCU produced First Team All-MEAC honoree Trevon Humphrey, who led an offensive line that powered the Eagles to a conference-leading 33.8 points per game and a second-place ranking in total offense at 449.5 yards per contest. NCCU eclipsed 450 total yards in five games during the season and finished with an 8-4 overall record, including a 3-2 mark in MEAC play.

Dieudonne joined the NCCU staff in 2025 after previously serving as offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Benedict College. Prior to Benedict, he spent the 2019 season at Southern University as the tight ends coach, where his unit helped support the SWAC's top rushing attack and an offense that ranked 25th nationally in FCS scoring.

Dieudonne began his coaching career at his alma mater, Webber International University in Lake Wales, Fla., where he spent three seasons coaching multiple offensive positions. During his tenure, tight end Nick Marrill earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2017, while running back Davonte Williams was named Second Team All-Conference as a freshman in 2018.

As a player, Dieudonne was a four-year starter on Webber's offensive line and helped lead the Warriors to the program's inaugural Sun Conference championship in 2014. The team featured the nation's 12th-ranked rushing offense that season and followed with the 11th-ranked rushing attack nationally in 2015. During the 2015 campaign, Webber surpassed 300 rushing yards in five games, including a 446-yard performance against Arizona Christian.

Dieudonne concluded his collegiate career as a team captain and two-time First Team All-Sun Conference selection. His accolades include USA College Football NAIA Division Preseason All-America honors, USA College Football First-Team All-America, Second-Team NAIA Coaches' All-America recognition, NSCA All-America honors and 2016 Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year. He also received invitations to multiple postseason all-star events, including the USA College Football Bowl and the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Dieudonne earned his master's degree in business from Webber International University.
