Charles Huff, Jr.

Charles Huff joined the Tennessee State University football coaching staff in 2005. Huff serves in multiple facets of the program as the tight ends coach, special teams and football operations coordinator .
 
Huff came to the Tigers after serving as a graduate assistant for Hampton University.  He will handle the recruiting in South Georgia

A stand-out athlete at Hampton University, Huff played four years as a center for the Pirates under TSU offensive coordinator Fred Kaiss. He was a starter on the undefeated 2005 MEAC Championship team. During his playing career at Hampton, Huff won two conference championships and had two D-IAA playoff appearances.

After serving as an intern to a number of college and professional football coaches, Huff brings a wide range of knowledge of the game to the staff.

The Denton, Maryland, native earned a B.S. in Health and Physical Education at Hampton University. Huff is the youngest son of Charles and Shirley Huff.
