2023: Played and started in all 11 games at linebacker…finished the season with 55 tackles (27 solo, 28 assists), one TFL, three quarterback hurries, and one pass breakup…was named the Big South-OVC Defensive Player of the Week on 9/11 after his performance against Arkansas-Pine Bluff as he finished with 11 tackles (six solo, five assists), a half tackle for loss, while also returning a blocked field goal for a 92-yard touchdown…recorded six tackles against UT Martin (9/30) and Kennesaw State (10/7).
2022: Missed season due to injury.Â
FALL 2021: Played and started in all 11 games....led the TSU defense in tackles with 77, 41 solo, 36 assists, seven tackles for loss, and one sack...intercepted a pass against Eastern Illinois (10/23) and returned it 47 yards to the two-yard line, while also recording six tackles and a tfl...for his efforts at Eastern Illinois, Green was named the OVC Co-Defensive Player of the Week...forced and recovered a fumble against Mississippi State (11/20)...recorded four nine tackle games....finished with nine tackles, two tackles for loss and a QB hurry against Austin Peay (10/2).Â
SPRING 2021: Named second-team all OVC… played in all seven games… registered 28 tackles, 15 solo and 5 tackles for loss… had an interception against Eastern Illinois (3/14)… recovered a fumble against Jacksonville State (3/7)… recorded at least five tackles in four of seven games, including two six tackle games against Murray State and UT-Martin… tallied three pass breakups in total, two against UT-Martin (3/28).
2019:Â Served a medical redshirt.
2018: Played in nine games at linebacker, starting three… totaled 16 tackles, seven solo and 1.5 for loss… notched a tackle for loss as one of five tackles against Bethune-Cookman (9/1)… had a season-high three solo stops and finished with four tackles at Eastern Illinois (9/22)… made three tackles at Vanderbilt (9/29)… had two tackles and 0.5 for loss at Austin Peay (10/6).
2017: Played in all 11 games… finished the season with 10 tackles, nine solo and one for loss… notched two tackles in four contests… tackle for loss came at Eastern Kentucky (10/7).
HIGH SCHOOL: Rated as a 3-Star prospect by 247Sports… ranked 97th in the Sentinel’s Florida Top 100… moved to linebacker as a senior after playing safety as a junior… averaged eight tackles per game as a senior and had 11 tackles for loss and two sacks… known as a hard-hitting FBS type player who had committed to Akron… also had offers from Buffalo, Florida International, Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, UMass, Ohio, Old Dominion, South Alabama, Western Michigan, Florida A&M, McNeese State, South Dakota and 2016 FCS champions, James Madison… also garnered interest from Florida State, Kentucky, Michigan State, Purdue and UCF… played at Dr. Phillips HS before transferring to Olympia HS for senior season.
