Entering her second year as a graduate assistant in academic services, Julia Koogler Koogler is responsible for managing study hall, aiding with academic progress, and mental health resources for student-athletes at Tennessee State University.

A 2019 graduate of Lincoln Memorial University, Koogler played soccer and Lacrosse for the Railsplitters and earned a BS in psychology.

Koogler is currently enrolled at TSU finishing up her MS in human performance and sport science.
