2021 at Kilgore College: Rhymes appeared in nine games in his freshman season at Kilgore. He totaled 17 rushing attempts for 317 yards and two touchdowns. He posted a season-best 255 yards in that game and contributed key yardage in wins over Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, Trinity Valley, and Tyler.
