Michaela Ping enters her first season as assistant coach to Donika Sutton in 2022.
Ping, a native of Batavia, Illinois, graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Graphic Design and Digital Media Production from Ashland University where she played four seasons at Middle Blocker. In 2016, she was named Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Academic All-Conference. She finished her career with 470 kills and 201 blocks.
In 2020, she was awarded a Master’s in Advertising, Marketing, and the Media from the University of Essex. Her coaching career started in November of 2021 with Club Fusion Volleyball where she also served as the assistant director of Social Media and Marketing.
In her free time, Ping enjoys watching movies (old and new), spending time with family and friends, painting, and spending time in the sun.
