Alexis Bray joined Tennessee State University’s Athletic Department in January 2024 as the Coordinator for Ticketing and Fan Engagement. In this role, she will coordinate and assist in planning, organizing, and implementing all activities related to the ticket office, game day, and season ticket sales in addition to athletic ticket operations, event marketing/promotions, and fan experience. Alexis will be the coordinator for the development and implementation of the strategic direction and creative standards for the department.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and a proud Tennessee State University Alum, she returns with the experience, and knowledge from working alongside high schools, colleges, and professional sports teams, including the Tennessee Titans. Alexis' most recent role with the Tennessee Titans in client services and hospitality was to manage a book of business of Titans season ticket members to aid in renewal retention, cultivate important relationships, assist in the planning and execution of Titans events, as well as meeting and exceeding client expectations by providing the highest level of customer service. With these experiences, she specializes in sporting events, marketing, client services, and hospitality.
Alexis graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Sports Science while also earning a masters degree in sports administration from the university. She thanks the university for assisting in her professional career as an insightful self-starter with a strong work ethic and ties to the community exemplifying excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertly plans and carries out multi-channel strategies for clients in diverse industries and communities, while thriving under pressure and delivering robust results. Alexis is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
