Anthony Fallacaro enters his second year as Assistant Athletic Director for Events, Facilities and Equipment Operations at Tennessee State University, overseeing the planning and execution of all home athletic events, the management of the department’s athletic facilities and fields, and all equipment functions.

He directs game day operations for 14 Division I programs across multiple venues and oversees all football game day operations at Nissan Stadium, managing all aspects of event execution from planning through postgame operations. His oversight includes game day logistics, staffing, parking and traffic planning, third-party vendor coordination, and credentialing systems for football and basketball. He serves as the primary point of contact for game officials, ensuring efficient and consistent event execution.

Since joining TSU, Fallacaro has led a comprehensive transformation of the Gentry Center, one of the department’s premier competition venues. His work includes the installation of a portable Connor Sports basketball court and new Spalding systems, new Daktronics clocks, upgrades to video boards and scorer’s tables, and the development of the Legends Wall. He has also been part of the team leading major infrastructure improvements within the facility, including a full roof replacement, conversion to Musco lighting, bleacher and seating upgrades, and enhancements to team locker rooms and the Sports Medicine Room. Beyond the Gentry Center, department-wide capital projects include the resurfacing of the Ed Temple Track, a new softball scoreboard, and an outdoor golf hitting area.

Prior to TSU, Fallacaro gained Division I experience at Harvard University Athletics, supporting game operations for 42 varsity programs within one of the nation’s largest athletic departments, where he served as a game day manager coordinating event logistics and working directly with visiting teams, officials, and event staff. He also held roles at Castleton University in event management and arena operations, supporting athletic and external events while assisting with the daily operations of Spartan Arena.

A native of Niskayuna, New York, Fallacaro earned a master’s degree in Athletic Leadership from Castleton University, a bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education (K-12) from Plymouth State University, and an associate degree in Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College. He was a collegiate baseball student-athlete at both Plymouth State and Mohawk Valley.
