Luke Dixon serves as the Director of Creative Content for Tennessee State University Athletics, where he leads the production of high-quality video content, including promotional pieces, game highlights, athlete features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. He develops and manages the department’s content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across digital platforms, while collaborating with coaches, student-athletes, and staff to elevate the TSU Tigers brand.
In his role, Dixon spearheads innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility, fan engagement, and brand loyalty. He manages a team of creative professionals, oversees social media content, and partners with internal and external stakeholders—including media partners, sponsors, and alumni—to align athletic marketing with the university’s broader goals. He also provides regular performance analysis to inform future campaigns.
A former collegiate basketball player, Dixon earned his Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Belmont University and his Bachelor of Science in Health and Recreation from Tougaloo College, where he was a Dean’s List Scholar.
