Parker Dickerson enters his first season on staff at Tennessee State University in 2026, bringing a strong foundation in player development, operations, and collegiate coaching experience at multiple levels.
Dickerson most recently served as a Graduate Assistant at Marshall University during the 2024–25 season, where he contributed to daily operations, on-field development, and program support while gaining hands-on experience in Division I football preparation and execution.
Prior to his time at Marshall, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Movement Science and Health Education from University of Texas at Austin in 2023, building a strong academic foundation in human performance and athletic development. He later completed his master’s degree in Sport Administration at Marshall University in 2025.
A native of Lufkin, Texas, Dickerson brings a detail-oriented approach to coaching, with a focus on fundamentals, athlete development, and program culture as he begins his career at Tennessee State.
