Ravel Moody with a career-high nine rebounds in the 59-63 loss to Southeast Missouri (4-8 ,2-4) Tuesday night in the Gentry Center.

Despite three Tigers scoring double digits, the inaccuracy from beyond the arc, 1-of-13, and the charity stripe, 14-of-25, dashed thier efforts in gaining another Ohio Valley Conference win.

The Tigers move into its final two matchups of the week against SIUE and EIU, 2-9, 1-7.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Shakem Johnson scored on the first play of the night after he helped TSU take possession on jump ball. Marcus Fitzgerald, Jr. made the sole three-pointer of the night at the shot clock buzzer to put TSU up 5-2.
- The Tigers then went five minutes without scoring while SEMO took it to the hoop, scoring eight.
- Forward Mason Green hit a mid-range floater to end TSU's drought.
- Both teams got into foul trouble in the first period notching 22 total persona fouls. TSU shot 7-for-12 from the foul line, while SEMO went 9-for-15.
- At the half, the Redhawks led the Tigers 35-30.
- Down to the wire, if the wire was just five points, Mark Freeman rebounded a missed hook shot jumper for a put back layup and was fouled for the and-one. Freeman missed the extra point, allowing SEMO to rebound and bring it up court for a three. TSU down 59-53.
- SEMO's last four buckets were made at the free-throw line. The Redhawks win by four, 63-59.Â

- SEMO improves its record in the all-time series against TSU 24-28 in the 51st meeting between the teams.
