Saniah Parker led the Tennessee State Lady Tigers with 16 points but faced a tough Belmont team in an 85-46 loss at the Gentry Center on Thursday evening.
Parker shot 50 percent from the field and knocked down 2-of-3 from the outside. Parker also added five rebounds, four steals and two assists in 33 minutes.
Belmont raced out to a quick lead and took its double-digit advantage (44-15) into the locker room.
Conley Chinn led Belmont with 20 points on 9-of-12 from the field.
TSU visits UT Martin on Saturday at 1 p.m.
