HOW IT HAPPENED:
BOT 1ST: The Redhawks' Alyson Tucker led off with a triple to dead center field. SEMO's senior Kaylee Anderson reached on a fielding error by TSU's second baseman. ||
SEMO, 1-0
BOT 2ND: SEMO's Paige Halliwill led off the inning with a home run to center field. After a hit-by-pitch and fielding error, Sydney Dennis logged two runs on an RBI single to right field as the second runner scored after Dennis attempted to extend the base knock. ||
SEMO, 4-0
BOT 3RD: Aubrie Shore extended the lead for SEMO with a solo home run. ||
SEMO, 5-0
BOT 4TH: SEMO's Chelsy Pena led off with a double to center field. After a bunt single from Dennis, the Redhawks increased the advantage on a groundout double play. ||

TOP 5TH: TSU's
Ryla Traylor entered the game and reached on a fielding error. The Tigers loaded the bases after a walk to
Maggie Klug and a bunt single by
Ivory Jones. With the bases-juiced,
Jasmine Brown worked a 3-2 count and walked to drive in a run. ||
SEMO, 6-1
BOT 6TH: SEMO's Karsyn Davis walked to begin the sixth and advanced to third on a double from Pena. Abigal Rickermann drove in Davis on an infield single to shortstop. Tucker registered an RBI groundout to drive in Pena. To cap off the ballgame, Tatum Gerwitz poked a single to right field to reach the run-rule limit. ||

INSIDE THE STATS:
- Jasmine Brown drove in the lone run for TSU with a bases-loaded, full count, free pass.
- Maggie Klug and Ivory Jones registered base hits for the Tigers.
- Klug reached base twice with a hit and a walk.

- Rachel Rook set the SEMO all-time career record for strikeouts by a pitcher.
- The Redhawks have won 12 straight games over TSU.
