About the Tigers: The Tigers dropped Tuesday's doubleheader at Belmont as the Bruins set a school record with their 11
th straight victory.
Peyton Fointno and
Maggie Klug led the team offensively with three hits a piece.
Klug tallied three hits in five at-bats with an RBI double and a free pass.
Fointno leads the team with 24 hits, seven doubles and 14 RBI.

Brown is second in hits (23) and leads the team with 10 stolen bases.
Anayah Baker, a sophomore third baseman, owns a team-leading nine extra-base hits including a pair of home runs.
Caitlyn Manus ranks sixth in the OVC in innings pitched (80.0) and tied for sixth with 19 appearances, trailing the leaders by one outing.
About the Cougars: SIU-Edwardsville swept a pair of games against Eastern Illinois on Tuesday afternoon. The Cougars put up 19 runs in the mid-week doubleheader as they scored their highest total of the year in the game one victory, 12-11. SIUE registered nine runs in the first inning but allowed the Panthers to score 11 straight runs to take a one-run lead, before securing the comeback win. The Cougars' Zoe Schafer leads the way in hits (45), home runs (7) and RBI (29). Sydney Baalman's appeared in 30 games as the pitcher, making 20 starts, while she's tossed 12 complete games and owns a 10-9 record (2.86 ERA) in 132.1 innings pitched.
