NASHVILLE – Tennessee State head volleyball coach Donika Sutton has announced the addition of nine newcomers who will join the Tigers for the 2026 season. The class features three freshmen, four transfers and two graduate transfers, adding experience, leadership and depth at every position as Tennessee State prepares for the upcoming campaign.

The class represents seven states and one international home country, bringing together accomplished student-athletes who have excelled both on the court and in the classroom. From All-Conference performers and graduate transfers to standout freshmen, the newest Tigers arrive in Nashville ready to contribute immediately.

"We're excited about what this class brings to our program," Sutton said. "They've already come in and made an impact. This group brings grit and an edge that will make us better every day. Wiktoria gives us size, leadership and a strong presence at the net, while Jordan adds tremendous leadership and depth to our defense. Every one of these newcomers has embraced our culture, and we're excited to see what they'll accomplish together."

Morgan Fowler | Libero | St. Louis, Missouri | Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory

A freshman libero, Fowler arrives after graduating as her class valedictorian while leading Cardinal Ritter in digs. She chose Tennessee State because of its nationally recognized Food and Animal Sciences program and plans to pursue a career as a veterinarian while bringing determination and reliability to the Tigers' backcourt.

Mimi Harris | Setter | Laveen, Arizona | Albany State

Graduate setter Mimi Harris joins Tennessee State after an accomplished career at Albany State, where she surpassed 1,000 career assists and earned eight Dean's List honors. A natural leader with four years of collegiate experience, Harris brings composure, experience and a championship mindset to the Tigers' offense.

Jordan Imperial | Libero/Defensive Specialist | El Paso, Texas | UTEP

Imperial transfers from UTEP after competing in Conference USA while earning multiple academic honors. A vocal leader and consistent defender, she adds Division I experience, leadership and valuable depth to Tennessee State's defensive unit.

Triniti Jackson | Setter | Longview, Texas | Longview High School

Jackson enters her freshman season after a successful prep career in Texas. Known for her competitive spirit and team-first mentality, she hopes to bring energy, toughness and a relentless work ethic to the Tigers.

Wiktoria Jakubik | Middle Blocker/Opposite | Grajewo, Poland | Radford

The 6-foot-3 Jakubik brings international experience after competing at Missouri State-West Plains and Radford. A former NJCAA national tournament participant, she adds size, versatility, leadership and a commanding presence at the net.

Savanna Moore | Middle Blocker | Harrison, Tennessee | Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences

A Tennessee native, Moore joins the Tigers after a standout high school career in Chattanooga. She was drawn to Tennessee State's family atmosphere and looks to make an immediate impact with her energy and competitiveness at the net.

Sydney Robinson | Outside Hitter | Indianapolis, Indiana | Northern Illinois

Robinson transfers from Northern Illinois after winning a high school state championship and a club national championship. An athletic outside hitter with a competitive mindset, she brings versatility, confidence and experience to Tennessee State's offense.

Kaeden Robinson | Libero/Defensive Specialist | Dallas, Texas | Louisiana Tech

Graduate transfer Kaeden Robinson arrives after competing at both Lamar and Louisiana Tech. A high-IQ defender and vocal leader, Robinson adds experience, consistency and leadership during her final collegiate season.

Gabrielle Washington | Middle Blocker | Dallas, Texas | Dillard

Washington joins the Tigers after an outstanding career at Dillard University, where she earned First Team All-HBCUAC honors and ranked among the NAIA leaders in blocks per set. A dynamic middle blocker, she brings an energetic presence at the net, valuable collegiate experience and a competitive edge to Tennessee State's front court.

The nine-member class will join a talented returning core as the Tigers prepare for the 2026 season. Together, the newcomers bring collegiate experience, academic excellence, leadership and a competitive mindset that will strengthen Tennessee State both on and off the court.
