MOBILE TICKETING
Tennessee State has implemented mobile ticketing as a source for securing tickets. All tickets can be purchased online at tsutigers.com/tickets and then accessed through the TSU Tigers App. The app can be downloaded via the
App Store and
Google Play. You can find more information on mobile ticketing through our

For fans with a mobile device that cannot access the app, tickets can be emailed in a PDF format to download and print at home. Tickets can be printed for $5 per ticket at the ticket office window
Refund Policy (Delays |Â Rescheduled Events |Â Cancellations)Â
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancelations are permitted unless TSU Athletics is unable to fill an order. There will be no refunds or exchanges for complimentary or season tickets in the event that a game is canceled. All sales are final.
- Tickets are still valid if the game is delayed. Refunds will not be granted due to a date/time change. Announcements regarding any changes will be made on an individual game basis.
- Email or visit the ticket office if you have any questions on policies and procedures or would like to purchase.
Weekday Walk Up Sales and Will CallÂ
The ticket office at Gentry Center (3645 Dr Walter S Davis Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209) is open 9:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. A photo ID must be presented by the ticket purchaser to pick up Will Call (pre-purchased) tickets. To make arrangements for someone other than the ticket purchaser to pick up tickets, please contact the TSU Ticket Office in advance at (615) 963-7627.
Gameday Sales and Will CallÂ
Will Call (pre-purchased) tickets that have not been picked up prior to game day will be available at the venue. Ticket Purchaser must present a valid photo ID when picking up pre-purchased tickets.Â
Football: Nissan Stadium – Gate 6
Basketball:Â Gentry Center prior to tipoff.Â
Volleyball: Kean Hall one hour before first serveÂ
Softball: Parking is $10 and can only be paid at the parking gate near Right Field.Â
*Group sales rates are not available on Gameday*
Free EventsÂ
Tennis, Track and field, Golf are free during the regular season for home events and open to the public.
Gate Open TimesÂ
The following are times gates/doors open for home events at Tennessee State:Â
Football:Â 90 minutes before kickoffÂ
Men's Basketball:Â 1 hour before tip-offÂ
Women's Basketball:Â 1 hour before tip-offÂ
Faculty/Staff TicketsÂ
Full-time Tennessee State University employees can purchase season tickets at a reduced rate for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball. Contact the TSU Ticket Office at 615-963-7968 for more information.

Student TicketsÂ
Current TSU students receive free admission to all TSU Athletics regular season home events.Â
- For all athletic events, students must present their valid ID at the proper gate to gain admittance. Students may purchase a companion ticket for a guest at TSU Ticket Office.Â
Postseason & Tournament TicketsÂ
The above policies and procedures will not be in effect for any postseason or tournament play. Those events are sponsored by the organization hosting the tournament and their ticket policies will be used.
Lost / Destroyed TicketsÂ
All tickets should be treated like cash. TSU Athletic isn’t responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. In addition, once your ticket reads as scanned for a game, it is considered redeemed and is no longer active thus denying you entry into the game.  Â
