Tua Reilly

Tua Reilly was named Assistant AD for Compliance & Student Services for the Tennessee State athletics department in October 2014. She previously served as the Compliance Coordinator for six years.
 
Reilly manages the day-to-day operations for the compliance office and is responsible for initial eligibility, assisting with continuing and transfer eligibility, compliance website, in-house integrated databases, rules education, interpretations, and monitoring recruiting activities. She has also served as an assistant volleyball coach for eight years employed by the athletics department. She currently serves as the sport administrator for volleyball.
 
Reilly served as an intern in the compliance office during the 2007-08 academic year after coming to Tennessee State as a graduate assistant for volleyball in 2006.
She came to Tennessee State from North Carolina A&T State University, where she was an assistant volleyball coach. During that stint, she assisted with practice, individual workouts, and trained setters. She managed areas such as the budget, inventory, academic support, and recruiting while coordinating travel arrangements and spring tournaments.
 
A stellar collegiate athlete, Reilly began her playing career at Southwest Missouri State University-West Plains (Missouri State University-West Plains). She helped guide her team to its first Region 16 Championship and NJCAA Nationals appearance in school history. A two-time All-Region 16 selection, Reilly led her team to two Region 16 titles and two NJCAA National appearances ranking as high as 3rd in the nation.
 
After graduating from junior college, she continued her career at North Carolina A&T State University. She was a two-time All-MEAC selection and helped the Lady Aggies to two consecutive 20-plus win seasons for the first time in school history. Reilly ranked among the MEAC top 20 in kills, assists, blocks, and aces.
 
A native of Killeen, Texas, Reilly received her bachelor's degree in Fitness & Wellness Management from NC A&T in 2004 and a master's degree in Sports Administration from Tennessee State in 2008.
 
Reilly has two children: Sagaia and Jakai.
