NASHVILLE – Tennessee State women's tennis returns to the road this week as the Tigers travel to face Arkansas State on Friday at 10 a.m. in State University, Arkansas.

TSU continues its early spring slate looking to build momentum after opening the season at Lipscomb. The Tigers competed against a strong lineup in their 7-0 season-opening match and will look to carry that experience into Friday's contest. A scheduled matchup at Delta State was canceled, making Arkansas State the second official competition of the spring.

Friday's contest will test TSU against an Arkansas State squad competing on its home courts. Strong starts in doubles and consistency from the baseline will be key as the Tigers aim to secure their first win of the spring season.
