NASHVILLE — Tennessee State closed out play at the 2026 OVC Championships with an 11th-place finish, posting a three-round total of 67-over par at the Ackerman-Allen Course at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex.
The Tigers opened with a 22-over round before improving to 14-over in the second round. TSU wrapped up the tournament with a 31-over final round to finish at 67-over (22-14-31).
Little Rock captured the team title at 28-under, while UT Martin (+17) and Tennessee Tech(+24) rounded out the top three.
Individually, Jackson Pieratt led the Tigers with a 10-over finish, tying for 24th after rounds of 3-over, 5-over and 2-over. Quincy Robert followed in a tie for 38th at 16-over, highlighted by a 2-under second round — the lowest round by a TSU player during the tournament.
Sampo Ståhl placed 45th at 20-over, while Aden Napier finished 50th at 24-over. Isaac Napier and Bo Twerdahl also saw action for the Tigers during the championship.
