CHARLESTON, Ill. --- Three Flying Tigers and a Tigerbelle qualified for finals in three events on day two of the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships Friday at Eastern Illinois' O'Brien Field Facility.
 
Kiyontae Warren placed first in the 100-meter dash prelims to qualify for the finals set to take place on day three. Warren crossed the finish line in 10.63, followed closely by Derrick Redmond who took the final qualifying spot in the event.
 
Zavante Chichester earned the final Flying Tiger qualifying spot after finishing second in the 110-meter hurdles prelims in 14.69.
 
Freshman standout Janiyah Townsend was a 100-meter dash qualifier after an 11.88 performance, placing sixth in the prelims.
 
Kelsea Buchanan rounded out the Heptathlon with 4045 points, enough to place 11^th in the multi.
 
Off the track, Michael Willingham, Jr. finished sixth in the discus with a toss of 47.74m (156-07.00), while Antania Swain placed 10^th in the event with a 39.04m (128-01.00) mark.
 
The teams return Saturday for the final day of the Outdoor Championship.
