SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – Competing in their second tournament of the spring season, the Tennessee State women's golf team will look to make up ground on day two of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate after finishing in 15
th of 16 on day one of a three-day 54-hole event.
TSU finished +69 on the day after firing a 353 as a group.
Erin Marcelino leads the Tigers after day one as she is tied for 55
th place after shooting an 81.
Kalee Rhodes and
Alexandra Sadler also shot in the 80s as Rhodes fired an 87 to finish tied for 72
nd, while Sadler shot an 89 which tied her for 80
th.
Lucia Pantigozo finished day one in 83
rd place after shooting a 96.
Kennedy Bentley finished in 85
th place after finishing with a 107.
TSU will continue the tournament tomorrow with 18 more holes.
