JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Junior long jumper
David Dorsey wrapped up his junior season on Wednesday evening as he competed in the long jump in the NCAA East First Round Championships.
Dorsey's outstanding season comes to a close after finishing 44
th in the event. The Tennessee native logged a nice leap of 6.90m on his first attempt, which was his best mark of the night.
The Flying Tigers will have two more athletes in action on Friday evening, as
Keandric Verge and
Kenyon Johnson will take part in the triple jump. They are set to jump at 5:00 p.m.
