TUNICA, Miss. — Tennessee State's women's golf team wrapped up its 2023-24 campaign at the Ohio Valley Conference tournament, securing a seventh-place finish out of nine teams with a combined score of 1000 strokes after three rounds of play on Tuesday afternoon.

The Tigers posted a score of 332 in the final round, bringing their total to 1000 (334, 334, 332) strokes.

Leading the charge for the Tigers throughout the tournament, All-OVC golfer Erin Marcelino produced her best score of the event, carding a 76 in the final round for a three-day total of 236 (78, 82, 76), landing her in 11th place individually.

Lucia Pantigozo contributed consistently, posting scores of 86, 80, and 81 in the respective rounds, accumulating a total of 247 strokes, and securing 29th place.

Trixie Sabulao and TaLese Vaughn rounded off TSU's performance, with Sabulao posting scores of 81, 85, and 88, totaling 254 strokes and Vaughn scoring 89, 87, and 87, for a total of 263 strokes, logging 35th and 42nd respectively.
