Box Score NASHVILLE – The Tennessee State men's tennis team traveled across town this evening to take on a Lipscomb team that had never fallen to the Tigers until tonight, as TSU downed the Bison 6-1 for their first win of the season. The win marks TSU's first time defeating the Bison in program history.

TSU was able to start the match hot by winning two-of-three matches in doubles to take the doubles point. The Tigers had no problem in singles play as they logged five wins. Dziopak cruised to a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1, while Hibbert picked up a 6-2, 5-7, 10-6 in the two spot.

Caraballo put his opponent away 6-3, 6-3 at No 3., followed by Britt-Alvarez who carded a 6-2, 6-4 victory in the middle. Freshman Rohan Loubser went three sets in the No 6 singles and won 2-6, 6-4, 6-4.
